A 'Manager' or an 'Administrator' of the terminal can access the menu to view records of the users already enrolled on the terminal.
This helps to identify users already downloaded and if you need to enroll data for users.
This is in the 'Advanced' option of the 'Information' menu.

Once in the 'Main Menu' you need to go to the 'Information' option.

  2. Once it is highlighted press the 'OK' button to enter the Information menu. You can also just press the '4' four button to enter the information menu directly.

Once you are in the 'View User Info' option you will be asked which user ID you want to look for. You can leave this as all '0' Zero's to show all users on the terminal.

  1. You will be asked to either scan your finger or place card on the EC-500 or on the EC-50 just to place your card. This will select the user to search automatically. Or you can just key in the User ID.
  2. If you want to just see a list of all users on the terminal then leave the User ID as all '0' Zero's and this will show everyone.
  3. You can use the number pad to key in the User ID if you only want to search for a certain user ID.
  4. Press the 'OK' button to begin the search.

Once you have pressed 'OK' you will be shown the list of users. This will either have just the user for the ID you keyed in or it will have the list of all users if you left the user id as all '0' Zero's

  1. This will show the User ID, Name and how many Fingerprints, Cards and Passwords are enrolled for each user. On the EC-50 you will not see the Fingerprints column.
  2. You can use the up and down arrows to navigate the list. The 'OK' button does not do anything as you are just viewing a list of information and there are no function available in the list.
  3. Once you have finished looking at the list you can press the 'ESC' button to escape out of the list.
