This guide is limited to software requirements and setting up the time clocks. 

 

Overview

 

Welcome to the free start up guide, the cloud-Based setup means that Easy Clocking will provide data hosting services for your time-and-attendance system. This allows you to have your system available from anywhere you are, as long as you have a computer connected to the internet with a supported web browser. Other advantages of having a hosted solution is the fact that you will not have to inquire in maintaining servers, and there are no requirements to install any software on your computers other than making sure you have a supported web browser.

Requirements

Web Browser
A computer with any of the following web browsers installed.

 

Google Chrome / Version 30 or higher. (Recommended)

 

Internet explorer / Version 9 or higher.

 

Mozilla Firefox / Version 25 or higher.

 

Safari / Version 6.0 or higher.

 

Internet

In order to operate in the Cloud, a good stable direct connection to the internet is required for the Computer and Time clock.
Timeclocks can operate offsite with a direct internet connection as above.

If behind a firewall or proxy, ports 443, 5005 and 5010 will need to be opened  by the local IT or service provider.

 

Cloud System Login

Open a web browser and go to www.easyclocking.net and enter your log in information:

  1. Company ID
  2. User ID
  3. Password
