This feature in Easy Clocking allows defining to the employee profile if the employee was hired through a contracting agency. You can use the contractor information to filter it on the time cards and reports section, allowing to generate reports based on this criteria.
How to add contractor information in the system:
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Contractors.
- Click Create Contractor.
- Enter the contractor name, address, phone number, email and add a note if needed.
- Click Create and it will be available in the list of contractors.
