TL - Connecting to a network via Ethernet
You can connect or "hard wire" your TL200 to an Ethernet Cable if you'd prefer a more consistent connection.
To connect your device to a network via Ethernet, plug an Ethernet cable directly into the bottom of the time clock. Once the cable is connected, we will need to confirm that an IP address is being pulled.
Our time clocks pull a dynamic IP address by default, however, you can change this to be a Static IP at any time.
To confirm the network IP address on your time clock, navigate to:
1. Menu
2. Ethernet
The IP Settings will read DHCP by default. If you would like to switch to Static, click on the drop-down for the option.
Otherwise, the following information will auto-populate:
- IP Address
- Gateway
- Network Mask
