TL - Administrators

Administrators that are created under the Settings tab will have access to view the software, but will not count as official Users on your license. You can create as many Manager or Administrative profiles as you need.

The Admins or Managers that you create under the Settings tab should typically not be required to clock in or out. If the User is required to log their time, you will want to create them under the main User tab, and give them administrative access via the Access Level sub-tab.

To create an Administrator or Manager, navigate to:

  1. Settings
  2. Administrators
  3. Create Administrator

When creating an Administrator, the following window will appear:

  1. Name
    • First Name
    • Initial
    • Last Name
  2. Email
  3. Enter the username used to login
  4. Enter the password used to login
    • Auto Generate
    • Enter Manually
