Tl200 - Enrolling Fingerprints

In order to enrol a user on the time clock, you will first need to create them in the software. The user then requires Clocking Permissions so they can be sent to the device for enrolment.

To enrol Bio-metric Data for a User, navigate to:

  1. Menu
  2. Users
    • Select the User from the list. You can search for a specific User at the top of the list.
  3. To add or edit Bio-metric data, click on the Fingerprint icon to the right of the window, below the user photo.
  4. Two hands will appear, click on the tip of the finger you wish to enrol/re-enrol.
  5. You will be prompted to scan the selected finger three separate times.

Once enrolled, the device will state "Operation Successful."
