Xenio - Enrolling Pin

In order to enrol a user on the device, you will first need to create them in the software. The user then requires Clocking Permissions so they can be sent to the device for enrolment.

Follow the instructions below to register the employee pin code

Note: For this operation to work, the device must be connected online. That way the software is able to update the PINs for the employee profile in the device. 

Adding a PIN to the employee from the software options do the following:
  • Click on the Users tab.
  • Click on the employee in reference from the employee list.
  • Enter a PIN for the user profile under Pin Number.
  • Click Save.
      


Note: The below is only required to be done when there is no connection to the device.

To enrol a PIN code for a user on the device, navigate to:

1. Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left-hand side of the main screen 

2. Select the User opt


3. Tap on the user’s name from the list. You may also search for a specific user by tapping on the search box at the top of the list. Once a user is selected, options will become available to the right-hand side of the screen.

4. To add or edit a PIN, click on the Hand icon to the right of the window, below the user photo.


5. Enter a PIN code

6. Once enrolled, the device will state "Operation Successful."
