Xenio - Enrolling Proximity Card

Note: This option is not available on Xenio i1000 devices and Xenio 500 devices that do not have RFID option.



In order to enrol a user on the time clock, you will first need to create them in the software. The user then requires Clocking Permissions so they can be sent to the device for enrolment.

To enrol a Proximity card for a User on the device, navigate to:


1.  Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left-hand side of the main screen 

2. Select the User opt



3. Tap on the user’s name from the list. You may also search for a specific user by tapping on the search box at the top of the list. Once a user is selected, options will become available to the right-hand side of the screen.

4. To add or edit a Proximity Card, click on the Card icon to the right of the window, below the user photo.

5. You will be prompted to scan the Card against the device


Once enrolled, the device will state "Operation Successful."
