Using Mobile App as an Employee
For you to be able to use the mobile app your employer must have first given you access in the Easy Clocking Cloud Software.
To get the latest version on your iPhone or Android device, go to the App Store or Play Store and search for "EasyClocking 1.2".

Log in to the Mobile App with the Company ID, Username and Password Assigned to you.

To change your password, tap Change Password. For easier login and to minimise errors, consider setting a simple password or digits.
Example:
Simple Password: wombat25 or 126479
Security Note - Do not reuse sensitive passwords such as those for your email, banking, or other personal accounts. Use a password or digits that is easy to remember but only for the Easy Clocking app.

Clock In Punch
- Log in to the mobile app.
- Tap and hold the CLOCK IN button.
- Log out of the mobile app.
Clock Out Punch
- Log in to the mobile app.
- Tap and hold the CLOCK OUT button.
- Log out of the mobile app.
Always log out after recording your punch. Leaving the app open for a long time may cause a “Session Timeout” error or make the app unresponsive the next time you try to record a punch.
Internet connection - Ensure you have a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data signal when recording a punch on the Easy Clocking mobile app. The app requires an active internet connection to communicate with the Easy Clocking system. A weak or unstable connection may cause the app to become unresponsive.
Mobile Battery Level - If your punches are restricted by a Geo Fence boundary in the Easy Clocking mobile app, make sure your device has sufficient battery power. Since the app relies on GPS to verify your location, a low battery level may cause the app to slow down or become unresponsive when recording punches.
