EC - Manage Archive Data

Easy Clocking software automatically archives data older than six months from the current date. Once archived, this data is no longer accessible directly via Timecards, Reports, or Exports.  You can unarchive data from the past six months via the following steps:

1. Go to Settings > General > Manage Archived Data > Tick the  "Unarchive punches since:"

2. Click on the Down Arrow key from the date field > Select the desired start date > Click Apply.
If a date is greyed out, it cannot be unarchived through the system. Please email support@easyclocking.com.au with the required date, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer to retrieve the data.

3. Click OK.

Now the data has been unarchived successfully from the specified date.

WarningImportant: Unarchived data is automatically re-archived every Saturday. For example, if unarchived on Thursday, you have 2 days to generate reports; if on Monday, you have 5 days.

Now, go to the Reports or Export tab and generate the required information.
